Welcome to the Harvest Baptist Church's web site and thank you for taking your time to become acquainted with us and our ministry. The Lord is blessing Harvest with souls saved and a growth which stems from the desire of the members to see God's will accomplished in their lives and within His church.


Harvest Baptist Church is a church that stands on and for the Old Fundamentals of the faith. Our services are designed to give the Lord Jesus Christ the full preeminence and praise. Our music reflects our stand on traditional and not the contemporary. We believe that the old songs contain truths and doctrines that build lives rather than simply stir the emotions. These Doctrines are not found in the newer music which tends to bring glory to the performer instead of Christ.

Our preaching is designed to help grow the Christian in their faith and service for their Lord. Every service is one that uplifts and encourages as well as reproves and rebukes where necessary.
I believe that you will find a very friendly atmosphere at Harvest and I invite you, whether just passing through or new to our community, to visit with us. If you have tried the rest, the new and the progressive and found them lacking, spiritually, then I believe Harvest Baptist Church might be the place for you. It

Happy 29th Year Anniversay Harvest Baptist Church. We honored and remembered the charter members of the church and recognizing them with certificates. All these years, they have stood for the faith. We hear them from their testimony how this church had been and always be a lighthouse to this Hagerstown community. Our guest speaker, Dr. Tim Clark shared to us encouraging message of how we can stay focused on the church' mission.

We would like to welcome a new addition to our list of supported ministries. Dr. Dan Hummel is the founder and director of Beacon of Truth Baptist Ministries. He has pastored churches in Pennsylvania, Indiana, Virginia, and South Carolina. God has blessed his ministry over the years with thousands of souls saved and a number of young men and women surrendering to full-time Christian service.
